  • Can the flight unit attach to HG Red Frame's back?

  • @nightslash3535 Don't think it can unfortunately. It connects directly into the back of the M1 Astray IIRC.

  • @ziljin Based on the instructions, it is not. But I think it still needs some modifications to be attached to HG Red Frame's back.

  • @nightslash3535 It's a shame really. Almost every other NG 1/144 model with backpack is compatible with the HG 1/144 models.

  • @ziljin Do you have the HG Red Frame to proof that, I'd be happy if you would, because I want to buy the M1 for the Flight Unit alone.

  • @nightslash3535 No I mean the NG Zaku Warriors and HG Zaku Warriors and HG BeCue's. The NG Impulse models are comptablie with the HG impulses. And NG Strikesr packs compatible with HG Strikes/Daggers. I made a video showing NG Strike Launcher and HG Dagger + Gunbarrel swapping the backpacks. Not sure of the Zaku/Impulse backpacks are compatible though.

  • Cool video

  • @ShadowGundam1989 Thank you, I will be making more.

  • @ShadowGundam1989 Thank you.

  • @ziljin Your Wellcome

  • @ShadowGundam1989 Wow lol I responded twice. I must have checked comment and email notifcation.

  • Wow, you're insane with this! Do you take the kit apart after having built it one time when making the stop motion?

  • @OptimusSmyth No that is impossible unless you kit the pegs. Well I have trouble separating pieces. I only started this recently, but I have some unbuilt kits. I saw some guy get thousands of views from stop motion building gunpla and his do not even have moving parts. So now I do this for every kit I have not built yet.

I remove the pieces from the runner, then shave nubs, then organize them for the first picture and to make the building easier, and then I take the pictures while building it.

  • I see. you organize it quite well! I would do that with my Blaze Zaku Phantom SD kit, but he's already been built once.

  • @OptimusSmyth Well I got the inspiration from Dalong he usually takes a picture of the pieces organized by parts. Well SD kit might be easier to separate than 1/144 kit. Well you could always try it for newer kits you purchase.

  • Ah. And I feel inspired by you to do the same! We don't have enough Gundam stop motions on here yet.

Yeah, and I could get a lot, they're really cheap on Amazon and eBay, some are about one dollar w/out shipping and handling!

  • @OptimusSmyth Glad you feel that way. Several people have told me I inspire them to do Stop Motion. Probably because mine are so basic compared to the other ones so they do not feel like it would be impossible for them to do the same. I look forward to your future stop motion.

  • awsome
