The Courteeners, The View, Oasis, Stone Roses, Rolling Stones, Kasabian are all my favourite bands. The Courteeners were quite hard to get into for me. At first, there music did not appeal to me in a great way, but then after listening and listening to them I finally corrected myself and now know what a fantastic band they are!

The courteeners are alright. I love them. They kinda have mixed musicality from The Smiths, Radiohead, and the Beatles. The vocalist looks very much like Liam Gallagher.. All English bands are awesome... Don't fight over it.

But right now there is no comparison with Oasis. If in 10 years Liam has produced the same amount of quality songs Oasis have over the years then they can be compared.
