  • It really looks like the tonearm has a lot of play in it, the headshell actually twists when You set the needle down. It shouldn't bee so loose. I had a Z-100 many years ago, I wish I remember what I did with it. I know it was sold, but to who I don't remember.

  • @Oldbmwr100rs I was told once by a turntable tech that the Garrard Zero 100 "B" series was not as good as the previous idler driven Zero 100's. Even though the belt drive is quieter, the quality of the construction just wasn't there. Check out mines!!! It's in some of my videos...

  • There's my baby! I've had mine since August 1977, one of the oldest electrical appliances in the whole house that still works. Still have the stacking spindle and the stacking LRS-100 45 adaptor for it too. After being spoiled by this one, it's very difficult to settle for any turntable without pitch control over the speed and a built-in strobe monitor. But I have too many 45s to ever settle for a single-disc player also. The Z2000B was just right :)

  • @dvlaries who cares about you and your Garrard? Just keep your mind puke to yourself will yah?

  • Judas Priest \o/
