@ThePirateMD I used to also. Try keeping your elbows fixed and slightly forward, not totally incline with your body, rather in front of your hips. GL :)

Think to much about form and you forget your training! learn how to lift to grow,,then focus on the muscle fibres contracting every rep, dont waste time thinking bout form,, form comes with in the first week of training form then on, hardcore training is what you need !

hey scott, whenever i do bicep exersises my forearm KILLS (specifically the part where, if you were to look at your palms, the part of the forearm facing away from you hurts) it feels lik a throbbing soreness, and i cant work bicep as hard anymore. wat should i do???
this is the only way I can do curls,.. I cant use a straight bar or grab on the outside on the easy bar.. It's because the way I broke my wrists.. when I let go of the straight bar a pain just shoots up my arms and I get no pump.. I hate it :/

But, you don't say *why* you're using the inside grip. Do you do it just for the variety, and to "attack" the biceps from a slightly different angle? Or does this target different supporting muscles? Or does this force you to maintain better form? Or is this an advanced move? Or...? I like the videos where you give a sentence or two up front about the focus of the exercise, like "this better targets youf core".
