The Irish/folk music world has been a much sadder place, in my opinion, with the long absence of such a beautiful and unique voice in its own right. Come back, Mary. It was such a delight to put Mary's name into Youtube and to hear her again, at last. I saw her with Deanta in a small playhouse in Belfast approximately 15 years ago. I will always deem it a privilege to have heard and seen her sing live.
