On 28 May 2008 diplomats from more than 100 countries meeting in Dublin in Ireland agreed on a draft treaty outlawing cluster bombs.

I just would like you to think about,

1.Why Sri Lankan government using this kind of bombs on innocent Tamil people?

2.Why TMVP(Tamil Makkal Viduthlip Pulikal) did not comment on this?

3.Why not Robert Blake taken any action on this case?

4. why Sri Lankan goverment Controlling both Sinhala and tamil media. etc.

Doesnt IDP's live alltogether? cause this hut only 1. is sooo remotely located. only one hut? as I know IDP huts are located together. thats what I have seen when I was in Sri Lanka. I have also seen IDP huts have some sign(red-cross) on the roof to be seen from air.
