I do not see why NATO considers this exercise so important and the opinions of Russians so unimportant. If Russia prefers for the exercise to be cancelled, why not just cancel it? NATO is just acting arrogantly and is spoiling a historical opportunity to build up mutual trust between Russia and the West.
