Right, good review guys but just to clarify; with Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace they wanted to bring back Bond from the BOOKS. Sean Connery, Roger Moore, all of the previous bonds were nothing like Ian Flemings' Bond. Daniel Craig is fucking superb as James Bond-it was the storyline, not the directing or the actors who ruined this movie.

I must tell you guys how much I enjoyed this. THANK YOU for expressing the views of ACTUAL Bond fans who want to see JAMES BOND when they go to the movies, and not a random incredible Hulk, unattractive guy who has NOTHING to be Bond! Not to mention the movie lacks ALL the elements that make a Bond movie a Bond movie, as you brilliantly said "like they did with Rocky 5, and it SUCKED!". Hats off, this made me laugh while underlining exactly all that is wrong with Bond. HENRY CAVILL AS BOND NOW!

Good video, good review. This movie was dire! It was like a Bourne movie ... there was far too much jumping going on, no sparkling dialogue & did anyone else get a real "Total Recall" feeling towards the end? "C'mon Cohagen, turn on the pumps, give these people water!" It was cluster f**k of a movie ... like Batman Begins but thats for another day.

This Bond was definitely dark as they've taken the action and story more seriously, almost in line with the way Batman has been reinvented. It's a positive direction, but I agree that they can't forget the importance of Bond's sense of comic relief, which I think only showed up once (teachers who just won the lottery). And seriously, what DID happen to Q? Props on the Rocky analogy too.

I just got back from the movie palace after seeing Thingy of Whatever, and I wasn't disappointed at all!

Great movie. I like the whiny little prick of a bad guy; I like that the governments aren't Good Guys any more; I don't give a damn that the only gadget Bond has is his Motorola cordless telephone; and it was totally right for him not to have too much sex, because HELLO -- The woman he loved just fucking died! And Bourne Bond - fine by me.

I am rating this 5 on the funny, but i totally disagree with all of you. This new bond is super sick. Bourne could still kick his ass but at least this Bond would make it fight. I love old Bond too, i even like the Dalton movies, but like religion, movie heroes need to adapt with time. Everyone was complaining that Bond was old hat and done and when they go make him relevant again, people complain. What gives?

i didn't really like this film, its a different generation of bond. it was just explosions, and ridiculous fights that were over the top and he was just wreck less. too bad there wasn't a real bond girl too
