So cute! I love how one puppy kept trying to get out, but each time he was thwarted (either by falling, or another puppy crashing into him.) He even started to look irritated after a while. xD

They have to be at least 8 weeks old before they can go to new homes. When they are younger than 8 weeks, its still very important for them to stay with their mother and littermates.
