I'm sure the abundance of drugs (speed/XTC) in those days was an important factor in the belgian house music scene. It also influenced the hardcore atmosphere of the music.

In those days it was all about trippin' out as much as possible. Like everyone of my friends back then were on speed and XTC and going to parties and clubs.

I sure have some awesome memories about that time... :-)

(but also bad ones due to drug overdose etc.)
