You have to enter the number of that room, then enter some door. When it loaded, you'll be able walk in that place, without going thru the walls. This cheat can be used either in RE 2 Preview. You can find there many different locations, which are not the same in original RE 2.
That was a backround found on the RE2 demo that comes with RE:DC. I got a few copies of this disc. IT's not part of the actual demo, but nice find being able to run around in it.
