This theme is not altogether out of character. The man is from Croatia, and has been billed from Croatia, Mongolia, Yugoslavia, Russia, and Lithuania. I don't see why Finland/Estonia is out of the question.

Also, he's been "Ramblin" Ricky Volkoff, did house shows as a 3rd member of Rhythm and Blues with HTM and Greg Valentine, and "The RED Rooster" Terry Volkoff, a communist poultry gimmick. So really, debating a national anthem that Americans as a whole don't even know isn't such a big deal.
