In 1983 I saw the Alarm open for U2 in New York. At the time I thought the Alarm were the better band.

Pier 84...I was there as well. That concert had co-headliners as U2 had nothing on The Alarm at the time.

At the time I think the Alarm was the better band.... but U2 has changed with the times better than almost any other band since then, love them or hate them they can pump out a lot of different sounds.
