  • The bar could barely handle it

  • 150 moved two inches, hardly a curl... meh.

  • He's monster strong and I'd guess without a lot of training. Simply freak strong.

  • Chuck Norris wants his dumbbell back.

  • I have little balls!

  • still sucks as a fighter and arched his back and bounced the bar like an amateur

  • @wyatt8s come on and make a vid with just 200 pounds, i wanna see that, after you can still say stupid things about other people

  • @Thorshammer172 i havent been lifting but in 2 weeks ima do 215 , i used to do 235

  • @Thorshammer172 and how is it stupid what i said ? he sucks ass as a fighter

  • @wyatt8s so are you a better fighter? May he's not the best pro fighter, but i'm sure that he's ways better as you or me

  • @Thorshammer172 well he as money to train and all that but my the time i turn 21 , i will be sure that i am

  • @wyatt8s haha yeah maybe if you (or me) train hard we'll be famous sometimes too^^ but i don't know if i ever do just MMA. I just like Muay Thai better.

  • :0 thats double my max

  • Wow...I'm 6' and weigh 250lbs and the most I've ever done is 4 reps at 315lbs. That's impressive.

  • he did this so easy he could probaly pause and lift at comp and if he uses bench shirt no doubt he gets this stop hatin on shit you can't do

  • It's even more impressive considering how much drinking he did and probably never roided either.

  • Animal!!!

  • Verry impressive! But I find it a little sloppy because of the bounce, nonetheless impressive!

  • I squat over half of that :)

  • The average man can't bench press even 200 with a bigger bounce than this, including me.

  • @passstrenghtfair

Yea right . You mean an average woman can't bench 200

  • @reksroad According to studies, the average max. 1 one rep bench for 20-24 year old american men is about 160 pounds.

  • @passstrenghtfair Really? I'm 18 and can bench 165, 8 times. Glad to know I'm above average. I've been training for almost a year.

  • Don't forget, he's also using a closer grip than most powerlifters.

  • there is some bounce but even still there no bench shirt,no wrist strapes or belt and to handle that weight even with a bounce does take some real power.good effort regardless

  • lmao he made it jump off his stomac

  • @NWpowerhouse85. you really think they would laugh at him?? hahaha maybe if he did that with like 350lb or even 400lb but anyone that can lift 600lb raw bounce or no bounce would never be laughed at and you know it. even with super strict form and a pause i bet he could easily get 500lb+

  • thats fuckin crazyy .. i wonder if they put more weight on the bar n someone tried to bench it wud the bar b able to break?

  • i dont kno how someone can chirp his "style" when he goes down and hits his chest with 600 pounds.

  • I can barely do a 3rd of that lol

  • Regardless of style, this is a very strong guy. Can any of you guys below even do half that? Probably not.

  • ofcourse i can do more than half that... but i cant ever picture myself lifting 600lbs... thats beastly!

  • Well, it's inevitable that someone on here (eventually) could do more than half that, but the guys commenting on his style probably couldn't. Depending on bodtweight, 300lbs is a respectable drug free bench press.

  • @Grensoorlog No. Not me dude. Not even close.

  • @Grensoorlog I can to 20 kilos each side is that enough ?? lol

  • Bananas ,

  • i hate youtubers your all always talking shit .seriously people shoudnt talk unless they can do better, and if you can lets see the video.

  • I like the way he bounces it off his ribcage

ive heard thats really good for you

this guy must have been benching for most of his shitty redneck life but still hasnt learnt technique

  • u cant even do a 10th of that so shut up dude

  • Crazy strength. Did that with ease. Tanks a street brawling animal.

  • He was a better fighter than anyone commenting on YouTube. He was a just a brawler who tried his luck, and got somewhere with the UFC in the early days, these days he wouldn't stand a chance.

He's a crap fighter now, sure, but remember he's well past his prime.

Great strength in this video though, not many legit 600lb benchers around.

  • He's incredibly strong in this video, I don't want to take anything away from him, however, if he ever entered a bench competition with that form, he'd be laughed out of the venue.

  • @NWpowerhouse85 weight has to go down and come back up. At his bodyweight he probably couldnt compete on the top ranks with a 600 lbs bench

  • @cassius969 Not so, in competitions, they have to briefly pause at the bottom(in some lifting organizations, it's not so brief...). They can only move the weight upward when the judge says so. He not only doesn't stop, he bounces it.

His ass also lifted off the bench, that alone is an automatic DQ in ANY competition.

Let me reiterate that he's as strong as an ox...he has gym rat form here though, not powerlifter form, that's all I was saying.

  • @cassius969 To be perfectly honest though, if I was to press my beliefs, I don't believe the weight is real. If Tank could truly bench 600lbs, even like this, then he is, without question, the smallest(disregarding his bodyfat) 600lb bencher I've ever witnessed. And yes, smaller people can be stronger, but that's a ridiculous amount of weight, and he was a fighter, not a lifter. Brock Lesnar dwarfs him, and is certainly stronger, yet there's a vid somewhere of him heavy-repping 345 on flat...

  • didn't get you far when you were up against kimbo did it :p

  • He definitely bounces off his chest on the bottom. Still without a bench shirt, that is crazy impressive.

  • he could do more

  • He only started in 1995 I believe, Most other fighters start at earlier ages.

  • He doesn't have any formal fighting training, but a glancing blow from that kinda power is enough to break most peoples face. He's always relied on that...

  • he does suck as a fighter.

  • compared too other UFC fighters he sucks yes but believe when i say he would knock the shit out of most nobodys on the street

  • dude. anyone who benchepresses 600lbs would belt the crap out of a random on the street. that was a well thought-out statement;) thumbs up for the effort though.

  • howd that not break his chest

  • wow wen was this? 2 bad hes a shit fighter though.

  • Impressive. Nice job, Tank.
