  • This is so dream like :)

  • @MrWillamsify cause it is,she's in his dream world

  • lol The Giant man women that took the character of ms lopez to that guy with the giant cape, looks like Ms. Man from scary movie.

  • @troubledseed lmaooo

  • This film is very interesting, original and soooooo underrated. Jennifer Lopez is great actress no matter what. Visual effects reminded me of Madonna's 'Bedtime Story' (video) a little bit. Anyway, The Cell is one of the most overlooked Sci-Fi films of the 2000's (along with Supernova, Mission to Mars, Evolution, Ultraviolet, Equilibrium, Cube 2, Alien Lockdown, Serenity, Signs, Hulk, Avatar (2004), Ghosts of Mars, A Sound of Thunder)

  • Holy shit! Is that the gay spawn

  • lol, how is this movie 'stupid'? It's far more intelligent then 90% of what's made these days. The depiction of a serial killer and his internal world with it's extravagant sense of human experience and the cold, dark mechanical aspect oh himself dominating his thoughts/actions is certainly more realistic then the portrayals we see on TV via endless generic cop dramas. Stupid people see stupidity where it isn't, this was a heavy/uncompromising exploration of the dark side of human nature.

  • very disturbing, but i just realised we dont get movies like this anymore

  • how did they manage to get such amazing art direction but jennifer lopez is the main actor?

  • SOOO Disturbing... i love it.

  • Beautiful...

  • srry to ruin the comments, but anyone mind telling me what this movie is about?

  • @WOLF777dude An FBI agent persuades a social worker, who is adept with a new experimental technology, to enter the mind of a comatose serial killer in order to learn where he has hidden his latest kidnap victim. - got that from imdb but its quite an interesting movie i stumbled upon an article about how they did the makeup for one of the victims at the start and didnt sleep that well last night haha its quite disturbing

  • @luchie2088 Disturbing, sounds like my kinda movie. Thank ye kindly.

  • lol WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • Woah! How does he get his capes back on the walls?

  • @WallaceFord0320 he has people

  • the was one of my most remembered scene in this movie.

  • this movie is very...interesting

  • I didn't care much for the movie, but I love the surreal imagery. For some reason I really liked the scene with the 3 women with swimcaps sitting in the plowed field. It was so surreal!

  • please someone make a video game sure will be great like silent hill.

there are womans like that in acapulco dude

  • Look at that mammal it is a male. Interesting specimen it seems to be participating in a ritual. He has managed to fashion an unnecessarily long garment out of insect excretion. I believe it comes from a type of worm. Ah yes it is called silk. Metal rings on its back indicate that it has the ability to make fire, as that is needed in metallurgy. It has wrapped its hands and arms in dead animal hide called leather. Purpose unknown. The shelter is of igneous rock tightly stacked without mortar.

  • This movie was very unsettling, but the imagery was absolutely magnificent. This scene in particular made a big impression on me; it's just awesome in every sense of the word. The daunting, ominous music, the commanding pose he sits in, the giant royal cape, the way he descends from his throne so regal and poised...did I mention the cape?

  • i love this movie

  • good video description

  • came out so long ago yet i dont remember

  • Just been looking for this, i couldnt remember where i had seen it, thought maybe it was a nightmare i had , Awsome imagery its certainly made an impression on me

  • spectacular sequence on wide screen .... the next line delivered is killer .... "will u please excuse me .i have to use the bathroom !"

    :p

  • the best scene

  • This movie was cool as hell to me! Not a big JLo fan by ANY means, but she did an o.k. job. I think it is an accurate depiction of a killer's mind. I would imagine that a serial killer would see themselves as god that presided over who lived and who died. I would think they would see their victims as a kind of macabre court there only to serve their master. I think the ego of a killer would fancy themselves a god through the dominance of others' destiny.

  • This has to be one of the most beautifully made scenes in film history.

  • Who cares how long ago the movie came out!

A hot scene will always be a hot scene!!

  • Watching this movie on acid was a bad fucking idea.

  • Dude... what is he anyway? The killer's evil side?

  • Some people's minds are a double change of underwear trip. I'd rather not.

  • Great part, but it really needs the "WHERE DO YOU COME FROM?!" and J-Lo screaming

  • "my cape is awesome...look at it you bitch"

  • it came out like 8 years ago.

  • jeez that would take 4ever to set up again lol

  • this movie makes you wonder whats inside many peoples minds. do they see themselfs as cruel gods or something good.

  • it is the best scene i have ever seen.

  • Fuck, visually is amazing, strong, weird, but it doesn´t have the intelegence of Gilliams work, Lynch or Jodorowsky, the plot is hollywood sci fi art inspired, with bad acting. I recomend THE FALL (2006) by the same director, Tarsem Singh, that is a work of art. THe weird, visually intense ain´t always art or genius, it is what it is, as on Pasolinis work Saló, not all art expresion has taste, style, work in the plot and acting, script work. His style is similar to Wes Andersons work in a way?

  • To say the acting is bad is in this movie is a blanket comment. If anything the only bad acting comes from the two lead roles. However, Vincent D'Onofrio did an impressive job as an actor in this movie. He seems to be an actor who is very underrated, as he has too often been cast into minor roles.

  • i think ppl are hating jlo only for the sake of hating jlo. i usually hate her but she did at the least adequate in "selena" and "the cell". not oscar calibre, but at theleast adequate. the movie was about the visuals more than anything (the plot itself was not complex and the character development bad for the leads). shes also beautiful which fits for the character as she travels through the world in different ensembles. it sounds shallow but that's part of the film's appeal

  • "hollywood sci fi art inspired" I don't know about it being Holywood as it often has the continuity of a dream, much like Jacob's Ladder. And some of the best works of fiction have been science fiction, so I don't know what you're getting at there. Anyway, the science fiction elements seem secondary and in service to the film's concepts regarding dreams.

  • Adrian lyne´s Jacob´s ladder was amazing, don´t compare, I agree in that D´Onofrio was a surprise, but it seems to be only a theatrical and escenic actor, expresive.. impact acting.. I don´t know, the movie laks of dialog and true meaning, it doesn´t have the "rosebud" or the "xibalba", you know?, it´s an ilustration.. I dont know how to say it. For me is a forgetable movie, it happen to me, and I know about movies. But I respect you´re opinion.

  • Anyway, I hate film pretension, although I've probably made myself look like I'm down for it. It's usually shallow and relies heavily on the opinions of others.

  • It's been out for a long time now.

  • It came out in 2000.... 8 FRIGGIN YEARS AGO lol, where have you been?

  • Shit I meant The fall also by tarsem, didnt reaise i was still on this video lol.

  • stupid yet amazingly dezigned is right

  • oh shit!

  • I just uploaded a trailer that includes this scene too, not cut too early ;)

    watch?v=maqzWroZWII

  • WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?

  • What about the rest?

  • WHERE DO YOU COME FROM? - and then the shout of J-lo it´s just awesome and impressive, its too really bad that part is missed, because its like the climax - Great anyway. reddress000 could you put the rest of the scene i´d appreciate that.

  • this movie would have totally rocked if that JLO bee-yotch wasnt in it... tarsem singh is the sh*t son!

  • I agree. Jlo clearly doesn't fit with in.

  • i love the soundtrack to tihs movie, really creepy stuff

  • "Where do you COME FROM?!"

why can't i have dreams like these? it would be awesome.

  • Detective Goren is insane.

  • like a few said, it ends to quick, this is my favorite part.

  • this video sucked, they cut the best part of the movie, when he goes "where have you come from" that part was so creepy and cool

  • You know what.....this scene appeared in my dream..except there was a red tint and scenes were more disoriented...when the Stargher King said something to me......I was sooo scared, i nearly went insane.....this movie accomplished its purpose...to be like a dream..............

  • I think you mean "to be like a nightmare"

    Excellent film

  • Scene cuts out to quick. Otherwise nice.

  • of all the incredibly creepy stuff in this film, I think it was actually this part that freaked me out the most when I first saw this film :S

  • That movie sucked but I really liked the music and some of the visuals.

  • i agree wholeheartedly. stupid movie. great design.

  • I wish sumone would upload the part with the horse getting sliced & the part were Vince gets his organs torn out of him.

  • YES those r the best scenes!

  • i wish someone would upload the whole movie. it's been so long, i want to see it again

  • i only like the parts when she was in his mind it was always diffrent in his mind that was what made this movie sweet ass hell

  • Can someone post the climax--the part where the girl gets saved by Vince Vaughn's character?

  • so f'in ARTSY!!!

  • i wish this clip went all the way to where he says "Where do you come from?" I love that part

  • can you please put up here the scene with the horse getting cut by the glass? that scene is simply great.

  • not my upload, but u can find that here:

    youtube dot com/watch?v=Xv2LFkvi48E&mode=related&search=

  • @reddress000 Can you upload the scene with Catherine's world and her final battle with Stargher (even when Stargher rises out of the pool)? The scene where she kills him? It's a great scene!

  • why do you think it's a stupid movie. I think that since he concentration was on design and it's visual decadence, the plot was minor (not bad, minor). I don't think it's stupid, i think its genious.

  • I agree. I think the focus was on creating an entirely unique visual experience.

  • best scene!
