Ah this really takes me back. I'd forgotten about that first show. And I haven't seen Spencer for Hire in ages. I loved Hawk. He was great on Deep Space 9, too.
@deangelomywayentfans WBRC is now a Fox affiliate, they were a FOX owned-and-operated station, then the station changed its owner to Local TV, LLC, then a swap began with CBS affiliate WTVR/Richmond, VA taking the ownership, in which WBRC is now owned by Raycom Media, also the station operates the area's Fuse TV affiliate on digital subchannel 6.2.
I love this for the nostalgia of when networks used to do wall-to-wall promotion for their fall season, but seriously this singer is even worse than the real Randy Newman. Not to mention it seems like the reworkings for each particular program seems a little off-beat.
Also, can't help that point out this TV season (1985-86) would be the end of an era, as it would be the last with only three broadcast networks!

What the hell were we thinking back then, I mean...did a group of armed 12-year-olds forcefully takeover the three major networks?
This is so fucking childish and corny!
