If looking for dvds,I have a Full show from 1980 with original commercials-60 min&one from 1983 with original commercials-60 min,i have other shows with original commercials on dvd, email for info.
I love their incredible video clips at the end, three skydivers linked up, a few cats on someone's stove, a motorcycle driving through some flames! Extreme!
To me, this show should have been called "Stop Doing That!" It's like, my gawd man, take your head out of the vice, quit catching bullets with your teeth, stop being dragged around by a car at over 100mph, please, just stop doing that!
@chrisinsocalif Still alive. Remember he hosted Hollywood Squares after this too. And no Family Guy didn't bring me to this. My childhood memories brought me to this.
When I was kid growing up in Oklahoma I used to watch this show. Fran Tarkenton used to do commercials for a Ford dealership in Oklahoma City and at the end of each commercial a group of people would shout "That's Incredible!" and Fran would say "No, that's Southwest Ford!". Thank you for this nice piece of nostalgia.
what ever happened to the guy that was on there with one arm? I think at the time, he was playing with Meadowlark Lemon's "Meadlowlark Buccaneers"? His name was David Millender.

The show has been cited as an influence on hip-hop culture in New Zealand, where much television programming in the 1980s was American. In 1983 the show featured several dancing crews, giving youth of Pacific Island and Maori heritage, many of whom were interested in hip-hop culture and dance, a sense of connectedness to global youth culture [1]. The Floormasters hip hop dance crew appeared on the show in 1983. [2]
@RevBuck Interesting connection, this show was pretty cool back in the day, used to look forward to it all day at school. Man life was simple back then. 2 TV channels, AM radio only lol!
Back in the 80's and 90's popular hip hop had a little more meaning rather than simply ego.

My favorite episode as a kid was the one where the dude was doing tricks with bubbles. He even made square bubbles. Does anyone else remember that episode?
Steve Baker?! I remember him!!! I remember seeing trying to escape from inside of a crate, being handcuffed inside of it while a racecar is charging at it. The worlds greatest stuntman!
