I am from NJ and I reverted to Islam when I was only 15 years old, shortly after 9/11. It's too bad she really didn't have a deep relationship with God through Christ, in her church. Many people are in churches but not really born again alive christians knowing God. In that sense she sees improvement, but like me I was dead in the catholic church until 15, left it; read the bible, got saved & born again through alive faith. So even in church we can be lost, and still need to find the way, the truth, & the life; Jesus Christ.

I am from NJ and I reverted to Islam when I was only 15 years old, shortly after 9/11. I wanted to see if the Qur'an really taught terrorism, my best friend who was Egyptian I never even realized was Muslim because we were rather young. Islam is the truth and the only religion with ONE GOD that accepts other religions, without claiming superiority, but only that "truth stands out clear from error."

It's too bad she really didn't have a deep relationship with God through Christ, in her church. Many people are in churches but not really born again alive christians knowing God. In that sense she sees improvement, but like me I was dead in the catholic church until 15, left it; read the bible, got saved & born again through alive faith. She seems to be confused. Does she know that there is not one verse in the koran that states Mohammed is in heaven. In fact Mohammed himself was not to sure if he was going to make it. According to the koran all , including Mohammed must before the judgment and hope they gonna make it no matter how good they were on earth.

There are so many things added in parentheses in the koran by editors trying to deceive the western reader, so if you check this in an online koran, ignore the parentheses, the comments in them do NOT exist in the actual arabic text & are only there to fool you into thinking islam isn't a cruel political movement disguised as religion.

@heetki you cannot take sentences from the Quran out of context, because they are abt diff things. For eg, Q. 8 speaks of the Badr War. You'll have to know the meanings behind the words in Quran before you say anything, because there are sure lots of meanings behind them. Try it.

The only killings permitted is during war, which is lik a DUH. I am not saying that I support the death of Theo Van Gogh. @choosetobelieveit That's why I said "in reality." I know Islam doesn't preach homicide, but it would still be fair to judge a religion by it's worshipers and not only by it's word. Communism was a very nice liberal, open universal ideology that caused the death of millions. I've a tendency to socialism, but I'd find it hard to be called a communist even just because of that. You sound nice, but he problem is I hear only weak voices against these "extremists," if at all.
