Good Preaching Bro! (I do not know who you are), but I'm saved. I went soul-winning from 1992-2001. Man, that way my FAVORITE pasttime! I loved knocking on doors and I LOVED it when someone would choose Christ and come to him.
I should go back to church.

According to you a person isn't even allowed to listen to Christian music on the radio.....how boneheaded is that. C'mon, Christ had an unpopular message, but even he wasn't as disliked as the fundamentalist who preach against EVERYTHING except hounding people to live right. Don't forget we're saved by grace, stop focusing on the rights and wrongs of the law. People run from this type of preaching, and contrary to popular belief small attendance is NOT an indicator of a churches spirituality.

Sorry man, but if you cant listen to Christian music with a rock feel, then dont listen to Hymns either, The roots of Hymns are Hindu and Edgyptian. The bible doesnt disqualify any genre. God doesnt care. The Holy spirit still moves and there are healings and God is present recieving the worship.
P.S. The Kindom of God is not about being a Baptist. Its about Following Jesus his kindom, Sharing Jesus with The Holy Spirit, with signs and wonders following every Beiliver. Mark 16:17-18

I agree with this preacher. I think GOD does want us to sing HIS praises. I still listen to "worldly" music. I'm not saying that "worldly" music is bad. I'm saying that I believe that GOD wants us (His children) sing songs about HIM. He wants us to exalt HIM. Nothing wrong with singing about HIM!

And he's right. If you are a silent partners praying with the "talking" person, YOU WILL start to have the Holy Spirit on your heart and YOU WILL start to share the WORD. I remember wanting to get all doors!
