  • thank you Esther !!! i really got lot to learn from your videos.keep doing good work

p/s: you seems to be an russian by looks and by accent ...is it true????

  • Esthe it seems like i have a proble when relaxing the groins,my thighs are really hard,,is it because my thigh muscles are weak??,

  • ive found that using the principles from "yoga for the knees" helps make this pose MUCH easier as far as alignment and softening the groins go especially....

  • I feel a pain in my knees while doing this. I don't know what I am doing wrong..

  • Check that your knees don't go passed your ankles, when you go down. keep the weight on the front of your heels. That should take the strain of your knees. If still painful, this may not be a good pose for your knees!

  • Thank you very much Esther. I' ll try it..

  • Hi Esther,

you have really strong and toned arms :)

And your videos are getting better and more professional, great work!!! Keep up the good work! It's really great to have you as a teacher and practice with you!

  • thank you for your continuing support Svetla, I appreciate it!

    Love Esther

  • Thank you SO MUCH for your videos Esther! You have literally brought yoga into my daily life. I am happier and healthier in a real, demonstrable way because of these videos.

  • Thank you Esther

  • the chair pose is a whole kinda pain a good pain though LOL i can only hold it for a minute

  • Are the pinkies turning into towards each other? I have difficulty bringing the hands together as my shoulders are a little tight. This pose can be excruciating especially since my teacher holds us in this for a while and adjusts my arm position. I'll try to focus on this pose during this weeks. Thanks Esther!

  • You don't have to bring the hands together, shoulder width apart is fine. When you bring the pinkies in you keep the back of the shoulders broad and your neck long, so with that in mind it is a good thing to do.

    good luck practicing!

  • I LOVE YOU ESTHER!
