Actually, if you read the english lyrics carefully, it will look more like Rin who was waiting for Len to wake up from his coma. Then because his brain wasn't functioning properly yet he is unable to understand what his love is saying, but attempts to imitate the gibberish he hears anyway, which Rin does not understand, but they both are hopeful for the future.

For Len there is Power, Cold, and Serious.

For Rin there is Power, Warm, and Sweet.
