if u wanna help me a bit reseach how much it would cost me to get the tools to make theese motors but as low cost ass posibble would u please do that for me then i would bee so happy greetings from denmark
Do you think I am lying to you? Why should I do that in heavens name?
If you want to build these models you must have a lathe and milling machine with additional tools and learn to work with that. I can not help you with that.
I am a 100% non commercial amateur model builder and I don't sell any of my models and never make the same model twice, sorry for that. But I make CAD drawing plans and you can ask for a plan via my web site; type my name (jan ridders) on Google Search and my site is on top of the list (it is not allowed to type URL's in this text box).
This is a internal combustion engine running on normal auto car gasoline. In fact it is a 4-stroke engine but here the proces is split over two separate cilinders; one for intake and compression, the other for combustion (power) and exhaust.
The brass "tube" is a very special carburetor in which the 110% molecular gasoline vapor is mixed with air with the ratio 1 to 14 which is necessary for combustion engines.
Yes, fun to watch indeed, but it is not my style: making them is one, but let them run on real steam is quite something else. I don't like the hot and wet steam/water distroying the the nice engine for what I spend a lot of time to make it. After a year or so I have a nice engine but it is one of thousands. I like to design new small engines and it is my challenge to see if t realy works. Designing comes first for me, making the thing is second for me.
@douro20 The real efficiency was not my interest in fact. I liked the principle and based my model on that. If you want to know more about the claims of better efficiency and other (possible) advantages read the different web sites of the Scuderi Group. Type "Scuderi" on Google and you will find a lot of information about it.
I have no idea. I can't measure the fuel efficency accurate and the efficiency is not important for me in case of this small model engine. If you want to have this kind of information about the Suderi go to the side(s) of the "Scuderi Group (type this in Google).

it was a compliment :) i said u where lying abiut that u are a amature because i think ur really pro at those motors ;) hope u didn't get offendet :)

A little bit to long story for this text box. I explain that on the drawing plan.

I don't really get it. Is this running on gasoline or steam? Is that brass tube a boiler?

Okay now do a steam engine not a simple beggingers engine but a table engine with working govenor.

This may be a small engine but not exactly for beginners I can assure you.
I never make steam engines by the way,

Well there's steam cylinder oil it's not much money and that's what keeps steamers from rusting.
DAKOTA56777 1 year ago
Personally I don't know how this could be more efficient.
