    The powder one says you can use it up to three times a day. It all depends on your body. Find what works well for you

  • i dont think so not 5-7 pounds a week but yes you are right its good for losing weight among other things like the detox your also right on. but to point out bout the weight each spoon full of this powder contains 5grams of fiber. daily recomended dose is 30 but you can do 40 grams. now for each gram of fiber you eat you cancel out 7 calories. so 7x30=210 calories a day 210x7=1470. now 1 pound equals 3500 calories so thats a little less than half a pound you could lose over a week.

  • @bluemew88888 now the key is to add this fiber to diet and excercize cause with out getting to graphic here lol if you count calories and you eat the right foods thats step 1. now exercise will burn the fat you have breaking it down. you sweat some out but the rest of your fat is gonna come out of the poop shoot thats step 2. finally this fiber will gell and pull the sh!t right out of you lol pun intended that is the final step. please dont take this as offensive i just wanted to tell ya facts

  • I've used this several times too maintain my weight and too lose about 10lbs it works as a detox for your colon and its so much cheaper. I use the berry flavor kind its awesome. drink about 4 8.oz drinks made of this daily you'll lose at least 5-7lbs in a week.
