  • Had to like this on anyone sho had mirrored it. Fan______-tastic! Does this professor have any other classes?

  • That's so funny

  • This guy doesn't really know what he's talking about.

  • @DrInductor duh!!! Ya think?? It's a spoof, a parody, a joke!! .....it's supposed to be tongue in cheek, a take off on the serious, usually boring, videos that are shown at schools and workplaces.

  • this is how education was for most of the US kids in the pre-MIT opencourseware & Khanacademy years.

  • Very good!

  • "LOL" is the term....

  • very funny stuff :) thanks for posting it :)

  • haha this is a joke

  • so many things wrong with this video

  • @zcxvasdfqwer1234 I agree, Is this guy in a basement, Torturing people with batteries, balls and jump leads, or what?

  • Haha, we should've had this guy during elec theory!! Too funny!

  • i was asking the same Q

  • I Like the way that our modern Police forces practice the the use of electrons by using "teasers". The teaser works by having condensed carpet installed within the housing to hold the charge. They then "tease" poor unsuspecting drunks, after they get a little rowdy. The teasers are then recharged by off duty police rubbing old slipper soles over a small piece of exposed carpet on the side of the teaser. They are then put back in stores ready for use. It's true.

  • If i could get to Canada , i would give you a strong kick in the fork and a sound thrashing .........

By the way we buried Mr. Cumberpatch ( the gardener ) in the victory garden............

  • Hahaha. Some of these comments are just as, if not funnier, than the video...

  • It seems what he claims is impossible...

The only reason electricity would flow from the power company to your house would be if there is a completed circuit, at the end of which absorbs that electricity. At that end if anyone wanted to 'recycle' the electrons for resale, they'd have to expend power removing them from the source and it would be cheaper to just buy new fuel instead.

  • this guy is an idiot, it is very sad he did not even mention any thing about TESLA.

  • What about Nikola Tesla, nobody refers to him as the greatest electric scientist ever!!! where the fuck are all of you living!?!?

  • @stanke89 Yeah ... totally agree I was just about to mention him when I scrolled a few pages to find others who also hold Tesla respect.

  • OK, when I was on drugs that is what my high school teachers soundid like.

  • Edison was a dick.

  • This is the funniest-serious vid!! My dad had to show this at a convention, and the people he showed it too were dying laughing. =)

  • the substance of this video could be funny in a sophisticated way if one has already some basic awareness of what electricity is and its history. however, for a complete beginner on electricity it maybe misleading to the point that he may lose his tenure if he has one.

  • Bob transformer! LOL.

  • lol... my science teacher showed this to us it's pretty funny! thanx Mr S.

  • Ok, you people who feel the need to point out that this is a joke need to understand everyone knows that

  • look up nikola teslas wireless powersystem, it would have allowed energy and internet to be given to the whole world and even put energy to other planets through special energy transportation through space. i have already proven his one wire transmission which is a start to how his world system worked please look it up, wardenclyffe, colorado springs reseach, nikola tesla

  • Is this guy for real? it reall is funny when you listen to what he says.

  • I believe it!!! in fact all of my fingers are blown up, I finally got a clue and got rid of my carpet. I have just won a lawsuit against the carpet manufacturers for putting those pesky electrons in the carpet. LOL

  • This is awesome. Very funny. Keep doing these

  • i almost took this seriously, up untill he said bob transformer.

  • The static sparks you get from rubbing your shoes against carpet is roughly 40Kv. Amps create heat, not volts. ;)

  • Odd...and here I thought Watts created the heat, which is volts X amps.

  • No of course not,you would need more than 10,000 volts to do that,HAVE FUN!

  • Is it true that if IF you rub so much electricity that your finger will explode?

  • oh come on. you seriously can't be that dumb.

  • I didn't claim to be dumb I am just curious.

  • you'll never get enough static electricity build up to blow up your finger.

now if you touch a high voltage line then it'll blow off your finger..... and your arm.... and maybe your torso.....

  • @brw147 And I just replaced all my carpets too.

  • Where is this from? It's hilarious. Who is this guy?
