if you cut at high speed, the plastic will melt, or the bit will wander - you should only use the dremel for rough shaping (without going all the way to your pen outline), and use rounded needle files to open the holes cleanly to the outline... geeking out here... sorry

someone on youtube should make an nes house phone. you take the nes's guts out and the actual phone stuff is inside the nes while the controller has the microphone and speaker and the nes has the buttons, answering machine, etc.
