20 passive upgrades that can be traded for others (trinkets)

My fastest speed run (excluding sheol) was around 20 minutes. The reason I didn't beat sheol is because I deleted my save for fun and restarted so that was my 4th time beating mom. Also, I beat the womb pt. 2 with only 3 hearts...

there is a small graphical glitch in the game, this occurs when you have several familiars following you, upon picking one up, your oldest one is almost guaranteed to "turn" into brother bobby for that room, it does the same exact thing as what it's supposed to do, it just looks like brother bobby.

This run is my favorite kind-- A really 'solid' run, where you don't necessarily get a single ultra-potent item, but instead just get a long chain of decent items and consistent drops-- Which The Luck Foot / Cain is tailored for. It's a run where you have a ton of strange little fiddly powers and enhancements that merge into an awesome whole.

Rules: You must do whatever you can to get pills, for example: if you see a slot machine you must play it until you get 1 pill/run out of money, if you see one in the shop you have to buy it, if you have to walk over spikes to get to it then you have to get it. You can't pick up the Ph.D, the lucky foot, or play as Cain. You must take the pill even if you know it has a bad effect. If you find mom's pill bottle you have to take it and keep it the rest of the game.

The Judas idea - If you get  to the caves pt. 2 you should have some kind of HP up whether it is red hearts or spirit hearts.

I personally love Judas, mostly for his large amount of starting damage, and because of his hit or miss play stile.
