Partition manager wizard is really a good thing, MiniTool partition manager wizard is a good choice for you. It is easy to use and it is efficient. Saved my partitions with this tool!! Some editions are FREEEEE. any of you who need it can have a try.
i want to back up my c drive only.. if i restore my c drive then will i love other drives in the same physical drive?
because i have c d and e drives in one HDD
also.. how long will it take to restore?
i have been told that nortan ghost takes 10 mins or so to restore a drive.. and its easy, what about here? does it take same time to restore as re installing? lol
@l0mustang0l Assuming that you successfully backed-up you’re System Image. It includes the C partition and hidden partition called System Image. Whenever you want to Restore it from your Recover partition or from a Removable Media it will show you two Option. Choose the default option. Do no choose format all my Had-Disk. If you choose FORMAT it'll erase all the things of your D:/ E:/ drives. Before restoring image Please Copy the Favorite, Images, Desktop,vido & Documents. It'll take 10 - 15m

My main obj is to make an img file and let me mom restore it over her crappy virus filled system which i had infected when i was there 4 months back

but what if i want to restore to the same drive that i already backed up before,, which is the internal of my laptop???
because in the restore process with Acronis 2011,, i couldn't do that,, it just forces me to choose a different drive than the internal drive??
do you have any idea about that and how to solve it?????
