So if I get framed for robbing a bank ("kidnapping" Marle) by holding the money for the real robber after I left the bank, get arrested after returning the money (going to the castle), and before the robbing I ignored a homeless dude asking for money (the girl's cat) steal some guy's pen at the bank (the guy's lunch), I could be found innocent for robbing the bank, but still get the fucking death penalty because of ignoring the homeless guy and for stealing the pen?!
