@BlackRaven6695 Yes. There's a segment in the Minish Cap where you're going through Mt. Crenel as it's raining, and what sounds like a remix of this song plays. Hell, even Mt. Crene's regular theme sort of sounds like this song (though not to the same extent). Just do a YouTube search for "Rain on Mt. Crenel".

I think 'Time of Falling Rain' is a great song. That's when you walk outside in the rain in the middle of the night after Princess Zelda sends you and your uncle a telepatchy message and also after your uncle leaves for the castle.
