What they did for the video was that they dubbed it with another time she was rehearsing - since they're allowed 40 minutes on the stage per rehearsal they obviously make the most of it and rehearse a fair few times! All of it is LIVE otherwise Latvia would be disqualified and that won't happen :)

I knew about the backing vocal thing, that's what I said, they're not allowed. But I find it silly to use one rehearsal for the video and one for the audio. I think it would have been better if they had put all the rehearsals instead of only one for every country. Or only the best one, but use both its audio and video. The resulted videos have some parts when the video isn't synchronized with the audio. See Aisha's problem at 3:03, some parts of Serbia and many more.
