@dpetrano I know of those Military Operations. There are also limits to what and who the military can and will target. False Flag is also called Counter-Intelligence or Psychological warfare. People that call them "False Flag" don't understand the purpoe of them or the true meaning and reasoning behind them. The US Military is not in the business of killing civilians to effect governmental change, thats the definition of terrorism. Check your legal books.

Btw, Trident/FBM is a superlative weapons system, but I think that SSNs are far more interesting for documentary purposes.

There's a documentary on here called "Submarine" which was made by the BBC aboard a Swiftsure class boat in the 80s.

Submarines and submariners are awesome, and clearly in a class to themselves. I served on the USS Pennsylvania for 5 years when I was in the US Navy. Made a lot of lifelong friends, too. Thanks for putting this video up. Did you serve on submarines, too?

@hereisthankappan Hey, thanks! :) I was also in DEP for a couple of months, too! I wish you a lot of luck, and hope you can become a submariner too! USS Pennsylvania SSBN 735 was commissioned in 1989, so she's pretty up there in age. She was also the 4th ship to bear the name. I was actually pretty good friends with the nukes! As a Nav ET, I would sometimes work with the EM's - usually when it was time to line up for a battery charge!

But the way they throw in here and there "defend the free world from Soviet Union", "soviet aggression",etc this is propaganda. And a bit outdated too. And the way they speak of each and every nut as "the best in the universe" (though nobody says it straight, of course), making people think that serving on a sub is "cool, if you're smart enough" this is propaganda.Other then that nice vid as I've said

I dont personally think the show says that but you have to admit, alot of modern u.s military docos are somewhat slanted. Mind you i guess if you live in the U.S you wouldnt really know it.

Why at the SSBN the crew were wearing blue only uniforms, but at the Los Angeles class some of them (officers, I think) were wearing Khaki uniform?
