I've been twice to Russia to do the Radial Keratotomy by THE INVENTOR of this procudere,late Dr. Svyatoslaw
Nikolaiewitch Fyodorow,and now,as much as I know,only Dr.Gulani performs some new LASIK-technique after RK...
The problem is only that I don't know how much it would cost and if I had the money-even aproximatly ....
