I feel killing pain in my thighs after two days of of work, shell I do it anyway or I need to rest. Please respond quickly. Thanks for the great workout :)
I was gonna do Pilates and stumbled on this. . . I felt like I was running, fell, and had to get back up and starting running again. Not the same as Pilates, but totally fun!

The only problem other than a list of a detailed list added, is the saying doing it every day part. Many very very well known trainers agree that you should have rest days planned in. You build muscle by having protein fill in the tears of your muscle fibers. If you just keep tearing them and don't rest and let protein fill in the gap you can end up even doing muscle damage in some cases.
@LivingInEnvy I know what you mean but I am thinking its only 10 mins a day; do it in the mornings and take a shower afterwards and you should be happy knowing you worked out for the day!
@princedeon21 Still need rest, just not as much the less you do it. Mine is 16 mins a day of intense work out, 3 days a week, 12 week program. Least until I switched. For a young person my joints are a bit off so I needed something less squat based.
loved your workout, a few moves were a bit hard for me, but i did it! i am 25yrs old, with 2 kids, happily married, but i weight 184lbs, largest i have ever been, and im oly 5'1". So i see this as a good excercise for me to start out with, 10mins a day, then bump it up as i go along. Thanks so much for the video, was not too easy or too hard!

please anyone reply to this i am a 13 year old kid in grade 8 and this is what i do i do this video mondays, wednesdays and fridays and at school my teacher makes us do a care workout after every lesson and we have physical education mondays thursdays and fridays and in the morning i do side planks, planks, cruches, side crunches and i think this should help me get a 6 pack so can anyone tell me how long it'll take me to get a 6 pack
@Middyluv It depends on what your body fat percentage is. If it is average (ie 10-15%) and if this is your first time working out, results are noticeable pretty quickly. Just remember that in order to get a six pack it requires much more than a few crunches. try using small weights when you do sit ups. Side planks are essential too. under these conditions and what you described Id give you 2-3 months to get your six pack.
Nice workout but where are the exercises for the upper back? Overall your workout is great! No shoulder exercises either. The shoulders got worked a little with a few pushups but not enough.

This workout is tough. I've been doing this for 3 days so far every morning and every day I see improvement. The cardio parts I have most trouble with except the shuffle because I run out of breath so fast... I also have trouble doing these moves as quick as this person does because I cant breathe fast enough to exhale every time at the right time but I'm improving.
I do have a wrist problem and was wondering what I can do in place of the push ups and arm-intensive work outs and not lose the benefit of doing those exercises.
