I know it was your first amv and all, but it wasn't that great compared to others. There wasn't any rhythm to the changing of the scenes. Also, the combination of still frames and actual pieces of scenes sort of bothered me. Sorry if that came off a little harsh, I just woke up so my writing is crap :/

And the pactio kisses each girl receives, kinda like how Jesus bestows his spirit to his followers. I'm telling ya, the parallels are uncanny.

Is it me or does Negi seem like a representation of Jesus. Think about it, he recieves his staff, essentially his spiritual strength from his non-existent, yet omnipresent father much like how God bestows his strength to Jesus. And the girls are like the apostles, with Asuna being John, Ayaka is Peter, Nodoka is Mary Magdelene, Eva is Paul and Chao is Judas. Hell, even in the manga Negi gets impaled by a spear like object, like Jesus and the spear of destiny. Coincidence?

Awesome video! Just for the record this is Negima!? Not the real series. The real series is in japenes only it is till ongoing and is called Mahou Sensei Negima. It is so much more awesome but this is still a cool AMV.

If you don't mind a little constructive criticism, I think you tried a bit too hard to match the words of the song to the scene: I have made the same blunder myself. It seems to make the video not flow quite as smoothly. You also seem to do this at the most right at the beginning. The later chorus sections of the video are my favourites, and very well done.

Anyway, this is super good for a first attempt! Better than mine! Keep it up!

Interesting sidebar, this is Negima! not Mahou Sensei Negima. Mahou Sensei Negima follows the English manga and of course the Japense one also. While Negima! started out doing that but then about a 1/10 through the story changed and came out with this which is good but not near as awsome.

Yepp 2 different series and infact there are millions of anime that finish before the manga because mangas cover much less each week. And the last part of the anime is an anime seperate arc

the whole 'deal with the devil' thing doesnt happen in the manga. that was added in to the anime to give the series an ending as it was only 26 episodes and so finished before the manga. the manga continues on after the school trip arc without the whole asuna dying thing.
