@Zionistmom Why would you consume an acidic fermented ethanol? Yes I understand the best is 100% raw and organic. I would rather eat raw living foods. Vinegar has absolutely no benefits unless maybe for cleaning. I used to consume ACV and it did nothing for me. It may be valuable for a few conditions, but nothing more. I agree with her on fasting though.
