@Wolfox360 Not so. After 2nd gear on this bike there's no issue shifting up without using the clutch .... drop the revs and a little pressure will shift up gear ... Also triumph make a quickshift for this bike as an accessory.
@gazpacho40 I'm thinking about buying a Street Triple. I watched this video, and I didn't hear a single CLUNK from the GEARBOX - it's great! I can't have a bike with a mediocre gear box. I think, I'll test drive one this spring. Wish me luck!
Yeah, changes are smooth.. like this guy, I always blip the throttle to change down and that prevents compression lock (and clunking). The only issue I've ever experienced with this bike and changing gears is when I haven't been assertive enough or I'm riding in flip flops. :p. Get some decent boots and when you change gears don't be soft on the push/pull. The new Speed triple comes out next month... I want to test ride one. :p

The 2010 Street triple has orange clocks... previous models have black/grey
