I don't know why everyone always complained about the lack of MGS in the HD Collection. You can't really upscale a Playstation game to HD. They could have included a code for the PSOne classics version I suppose, but that seems a little pointless. I'm pretty sure Twin Snakes is owned by Nintendo and Silicon Knights, so that couldn't be included either.

I think if they made a seperate PSP collection for the PS3 and put Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes (MGS1 remake) in that HD collection instead of Peace Walker, it would have faired better. Like God of War did with the PSP collection on PS3 being seperate to the home console God of War games. It would have been a better fit, and would have benefited those who didn't have a Gamecube, or don't want to shell out too much money.

I had a blast with Crysis 2 as well.That was pretty much the only fps I played until MW3 came out but I wish you could prestige or something in Crysis 2 because once you get to lvl 50 it just seems kinda pointless to keep playing.

@Tunerboy8732 In my mind using the prestige option is pointless lol. If you can't have fun playing the game without using prestige then the game-play itself isn't fun. It's the reason Counter-Strike 1.6 has lasted over 8 years and is still played in major tournaments to this day. Good solid game-play and nothing more even with how bad the graphics look nowadays.

Honestly Rob, on Dark Souls you don't need to be of a high level whatsoever to beat it, take it from a guy who's put in over 200 hours and got the Platinum for the game, it's easily beatable around level 40, even less in many people's cases, badass game, easily one of my all times favorites.

In the UK we just got a cardboard case for our collector's edition... cool but pretty flimsy, would have preferred a steel case.

You... haven't... beaten... Dark Souls?! What the FUCK, Silent Rob?! The final stage of the game is anything, but a brick wall after a brief switch of tactics. I tanked Gwyn at 14 vitality with stone armor and Steel Skin.

Felt cheap as Hell at first, but I was a Pyromancer so I had been inclined to buy all of the pyromancies anyway, and the stone armor I found by chance. Figured I'd try something new, tanking, despite my crap vitality, and it worked...

I agree with you about Resistance 3. I'm not sure how far in I'm in, but from what I've played, Resistance 3 is better than Resistance 2 (from a Single Player perspective, haven't tried the MP yet).

Castlevania Lords of Shadow was amazing. Epic boss battles, fun combat beat em up that never really got old because of all the abilities you could unlock. Kick ass story and a soundtrack that just blew my fucking balls off. The DLC was really worth it as well.

ALOT of people were bitching about resistance 3. especially the multiplayer. personally, I find R3 to be better than resistance 1 or 2 in pretty much every way. the only thing resistance 2 has over it is that it had a more large scale campaign and better boss battles. thats about it. the MP in resistance 3 is ten times more fun than in resistance 2.

@sumbodyshero It's decent. It's a mindless dungeon crawler. You run around a huge open world an destroy thousands and thousands of brain-dead enemies, level up, and collect loot. Depending on who you are, it's pretty addictive. I recommend it for the co-op.

The Castlevania: Lords of Shadow collector's edition looks pretty nice! I'm not too good at it for whatever reason but I still like the game.

The Ico/Shadow of the Colossus collection and Rayman Origins I still need to get.
