Halo one was by far the best and I love all halo the only negative with any I find is that the Halo 3 campain was far to short

I think the ending was ok and the entire first game was average( I prefer metroid prime's story and gameplay) apart from the riffle you get which runs out of ammo in munites and the covenant banchees which were awesome I just wish the banchees were in the last level instead of the warthog that you are forced to drive through the level.

I have played hundreds of fps games and none of them have been as epic and fun as Halo yet.

Halo 2 and Halo 3 was not even close as great or well made.

Halo 1 gives you a special feeling when you play it that the other games dont.

im not trying to be a poon, but this ending is kinda sad when you think about it. all of the unsc is dead (ya know, xcept for johnson) and you and The unsc's smartest AI are alone. the ending music adds so much drama to it also.

I TOTALLY agree with you. Halo 2 and 3 were good, but Halo 1's the one that I keep coming back to, and IMO, it had the most fun gameplay as well. It was simple, fast-paced and didn't have so many redundant weapons or items that slowed down the action. Playing Halo 1 with 3 other friends split-screen has always been more fun than playing Halo 2 or 3 on Xbox Live. And of course, the campaign's the best one out of the whole series, easily. But who knows? That might change with Reach, but I doubt it

yea, u can hook up your VCR to record whats on your tv and then from there put it on a dvd and then transfer over to ur computer, there might be an easier way but thats what my friend a4h darkman did for his montage, its pretty sick, u should check it out

Wow. Master Chief did a really good job at saving his fellow soldiers. He probably should have told them to abandon the Halo before he blew it up! Somehow I saw this coming the moment I saw that he was the only surviver in the escape pod from the beginning, and he didn't even have a seatbelt on.
