Crest gave me chemical burns in my mouth. the layers of skin in my mouth fall off! it took me mouths to figure out what was wrong with me. I suspect there are more symptoms that I have that are related to the chemical poison used in the products "Cetylpyridinium chloride" LOOK IT UP! I feel very sick, the day after use. @ampedpumpedstokedout some types of crest whitestrips last for 6, 12 and 18 respectively. then you might want to restart the process. you can buy crest whitestrips that won't harm your teeth or wear away enamel. (these may cause a temporary problem of sensitivity, but the effect will not last. I have tried the strips and they did work, and the sensitivity only lasted a week or two. I used the Original formula (guaranteed not to harm teeth) and the 14 day program 2 per day.

Why Crest feel the need to make their boxes so damned big and wasteful is beyond me. Probably so it sell better, but that's the worst reason of all.

the biggest pain in the ass is getting them inside the crevices of your teeth - if you don't, you'll have white teeth along the outsides but the spots between your teeth will stay stained. I push them around the curves of my teeth and into the crevice parts with a toothpick, then fold it over.

a fact , back in the day they used pumice to whiten teeth, i know this sounds nasty and if you were a bad kid with a potty mouth you probably got soap in the mouth, didnt taste all nice and took a while to get the taste out. but As a smoker and a coffee drinker who doesnt have alot of money Im just trying everything (lavarock soap, baking soda and Hydrogen peroxide,) i mix it all together and i use a automatic brush for 5 min. i do not swallow and i rinse with water n Listerine, results are nice

I purchased these Premium Plus strips a few days ago and found them difficult to stay on or stay in the right place. For some reason my upper and lower strips are much narrower in size compare to yours and you have nothing to fold over to the back of your teeth. The upper and lower strips come in the same packet not like yours.

I have found that there is a lot less pain when you follow the instructions and don't brush immediately before applying the strips. Wait 15-20 minutes after brushing, or brush without toothpaste. They work great though!

Yes! Pretty amazing! I had yellow teeth on the side, but not much in the front. The stripes really hurt my front teeth, so much that I couldn't eat or drink. So I cut the stripe on the middle, in half, and put the parts on my side teeth (where it's yellow). It didn't hurt anymore, and my teeth are pretty white!
