The generator set is a 2.25eMW package using a Cat D3516 short stroke engine. On the side is a 6" oil cooler. A 2.5eMW engine is the long stroke version of the D3516 and has a 7" oil cooler for easy identification. The generator efficiency must be used in any calculations. The engine puts out 3401 bhp.
