The computer kept exiting after I played this game for a long time. But soon after, I found a solution. The area (top left of the snake's base) where the snake gathers his wood is quite vulnerable once the lumberjack has left, build a 1x1 wall on the edge (not bottom) of the cliff then add stairs from down the edge to that forested area. Then just let your troops swarm his keep. That for me was priceless!!!
There is a trick how you can get in snakes castle without attacking the walls. Just build walls at the hill where his castle is and you can go there to kill snake :D
If your fort was constructed right and the entire map layout was shifted to the left a little, your fort could be constructed to look like helms deep.

The easiest mission in my opinion, just make enough archers and macemen, a few catapults and kill the snake.

Killing Duke Beauregard(The Snake) is the most annoying part of the mission.Dealing with Duke De Truffe(The Pig troops is even more annoying.
