Can someone show me how to put a auto news feed in1.5 so I won't have to update site all the time.I know this can be done.just don't know the steps,thanks
@bushsong thanks,have feed gator now,any reason why the pics wont show up on my website thru k2 anyone? ive ask this question in feed gator forum,but no answer yet.
@kilicvekaya No, similar to Joomla itself, you can only choose one category. However where K2 is different is that you can add tags. The other way of doing this is that if the item is in your menu system, you can set up another menu item using the first one as an alias.
Thanks for the video. I have a quick question though. When using the read more and then opening the full view like you did. Can you NOT have the first paragraph (whatever text before read more) in bold. I can't seem to find a way not to have that part of the text not in bold. I've seen various sites that don't have it in bold, so i know it is possible, but just can't figure out how. Would appreciate any help.
@majordae K2 does many things out of the box that some people don't like. This one is easily fixed. In the K2 CSS file which you will find in the com_k2 area. You simply change Line 188 and delete the attribute font-weight:bold. Then all text will be normal. Best to do this as a K2 Override so it doesn't get overwritten on installation of new versions, but also so you can load the overrides to new site installations.
