  • What is a telephone alarm? We call a civilian calling in a fire a 911 call. Is that the same thing?

  • @Emsworker68 Yep. If its an EMS call they say what is happening ex. difficulty breathing. A fire call is a telephone alarm and an alarm is an automatic alarm
