James Tyler Markle, 19, of Diboll, Texas, was booked Tuesday with one count of terrorizing and one count of felony criminal damage to property in connection with the June 21 incident that caused at least $20,000 in damage at Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers at 1190 Terry Parkway.
His facing up to 18 years for this. Guess the last laugh is on him.
