This one was made after the funeral.I worked very hard on it & tho I only knew him for a short while he inspired me so much & I really wanted to capture him for who he really was. As both a Redskins and Broncos fan I was shocked and didnt know what to feel when i heard that Darrent was killed. The same went for Sean Taylor in November. Now that I look back on the 2007 season and i don't Darrent's smile all year it hit me. Now we won't see the brick wall that is Sean Taylor I can't do anything but mourn. I don't like to feel sad but I don't have a dry eye whenever i see Darrent now.
