@Acela150Kid I'm not for sure on this, but I'm betting that those two are deadheading to or from Beech Grove. Amtrak often tacked the DH coaches behind any trailing express boxes so they could also be easily switched in or out. And the precursor RRs did that too somewhat

@Acela150Kid ---- They were likely deadheading those last two coaches to the facilities in Beech Grove to be refurbished. So there probably wasnt any passengers in there..

@rcz115 depending on where in the route this is (I have no idea) they might be the coaches for the Hoosier state since they tack those on in Chicago and drop them off in Indianapolis for the Westbound to pickup.

Where was this at?!?! Anytime I see the Cardinal in western WV or eastern KY, it's only got 4 coaches and the sleeper (only seen it once with two sleepers)
