  • Jadedjassy, nobody gives a fuck about red tails. Its gonna be bad acting and dubstep

  • Same problems in the black community too. Case in point Lucas troubling financing Red Tails.

  • i feel sorry for that guy at 0:01 - 0:22

ppl telling him "change the characters to white characters and you'll sell" - omg...frickin racists >:(

  • where can i watch the full video of this?

  • America is racist to Asians. More so than the blacks and mexicans combined.

  • @kornypony And asians are racist towards the british, watch any chinese movie featuring a brit.

  • @TheLydianRocks What the heck are you talking about? Give me ONE fucking example, just name ONE Chinese movie with a European (let alone British) depicted as a stereotypical villain. Trust me, I've seen my share of chinese movies.

  • @kornypony Ip Man 2

  • @kornypony Hahaha @beyondreams gave you the best example.

  • @zackdelarocha8 Best? I think not. More like the ONLY example,

  • @kornypony You only asked for one xD

  • @TheLydianRocks YOu haven't watched many HK films have you? They practically worship them. Both in film and in real life..

  • Looks like a great documentary.

  • RIP Mako... It would have been cool to sit down and chat with you like my wise

    grandfather

  • R.I.P. Mako, seeing him in this video, seems like he'd be a great guy to have a beer and talk with.

  • what about us arabs all we get are terrorist rolls

  • @boulderdash112 You are terrorist!!

  • @olokun80 lol racist

  • @TheFreedomToEat

What I'm saying is it was the Korean Wave that gave Asian Americans the "voice" in MSM to break the stereotype forced by white men. Look at the time period where Asian guys had control over what roles y'all play. It's after Hollywood took notice of the popularity of the Korean Wave.

  • @TheFreedomToEat

I noticed that when Korean Wave was reaching its peaks in the early to mid 21st century, that's when I saw more and more Korean actors on Hollywood media.

  • RIP Mako Iwamatsu :'(

  • i truely like how you posted this up b/c it means something to us asian american peoples that we can make a change and we can make a difference into becoming hollywood celebrities.

  • networks want koreans on tv shows. haha

  • where can i watch this?

  • This has given me hope, check out my slate to see what I can do as an actor, thanks

  • I am not Asian American. I believe this is a strong messaage. There is an Asian influence on everything we do and see from Books to movies.

  • RIP MAKO :(

  • I think Rain has a huge chance of making, crossing the color lines and being seen as an actor. Not just a stereotypical asian martial artist actor.

  • Hey, If Shang Taung tells me to be rebellious, Imma be rebellious!

  • Cool. Jin from "Lost" is the narrator.

  • SHANG TSUNG! your soul is mine!

  • Mako! ;__;

  • R.I.P Makoto Iwamatsu

  • Great doc. Too bad it only made it on TV (as far as I know); no major distribution.

  • What channel?

  • "margaret cho, john cho and i... 3 asian guys on network.."

haha.. you are funny bobby lee for making fun of margaret cho...
