  • Well ok this is your opinion,but have you ever tried?Linux and Mac OSx,those that you wouldn't use,are far more better than Windows,faster and no viruses.Its just the fact that most of the programs/games are made for windows that hold many people from using them.

    Mainly depends on your hardware for the speed and the virus part is completely user related. You have some stupid points.

    I prefer windows because I know windows. I'm sure if I grew up using a Mac, I wouldn't like windows.

    Maybe you should look into the software yourself before you try to make a point. If you were going to make a point,

    maybe bring up the fact that a Mac doesn't rely on a registry? That's a huge advantage for Mac.

  • So have you used Vista? My mom had problems with the visual effects...I've seen Vista kinda "blur" windows...but on my mom's install, it doesn't...is it because of video card?

  • 64 bit ubuntu sux for me... :( there's not enough support. i can't see the point of using it. i know it's good for 4+ gigs of ram, but... is there anyone using 4, or more? i don't think so. maybe i am wrong
