Thanks for all of the comments. We still don't know of this is a peacock, some other bird/animal, or someone locating a turkey. We hope if we get any webcam sightings people will let us know.
well im gonna say since we dont have wild peacocks around here, maybe you have a tress passer using a peacock call to locate a gobbler...id keep an eye on that....

I don't know, it sounds a little too high pitched to be a peacock to me. At least from the ones I've heard calling at the zoo.

Yes I think its a peafowl ( male are called peacock) During mating season they will often emit a very loud high pitched cry.
