I used to live in Seagraves, TX. The road that she was driving on (next to the highway) is really dangerous. She probably wasn't texting, but lost control and was speeding. There isn't a speed limit or a middle stripe, just hills and dips. She WASN'T wearing her seatbelt, sounds more of the problem then the texting thing.

@keshaxLOVEx her daughter Alex was killed on her way to school because she was texting while driving and her mom is telling us the events that went on the day of the crash. The truck rolled, Alex was ejected out the passenger side window and the truck rolled on top of Alex, crushing her.

I teach Driving School and this is a good video clip, better than any we have been provided with to show to the class. Drivers young and old just don't realize the danger of texting while driving until something like this happens. I hope this makes the rounds and saves some lives that would have been otherwise lost.

Texting and driving has affected my city becuz about a month ago and 19 yr old girl was on a bridge and was driving next 2 a tanker and was texting and was upset becuz she broke up with her bf and lost control and hit the back of the tanker and she flipped over the brdge down on2 the under pass while the tanker flipped and exploded and caused the whole bridge 2 explode... it took 25 days 2 repair the bridge and sadly the driver of the tanker and pick-up truck (19 yr old) were both killed ;( sad

I'm 16 years old and on my phone all the time. I was stupid one night and I was texting and driving. I took my eyes off the road for 3 seconds and when I looked up, I was off the road, headed strait for a culvert. I swerved and hit the culvert with my back tires, knocking the back axle completely out of my truck. Reports show that if I would've hit the culvert 1 inch closer to the edge, I would have rolled my truck. I was wearing my seatbelt so I was not hurt. I will always remember Alex Brown..
